dpaperwork is an AI-native solution that designs and deploys AI Operating Systems (AIOS) for enterprises. The Service encompasses AI strategy, platform deployment, automation, analytics, and related capabilities to help enterprises improve and scale. Features may change over time as we continue to improve the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using the Service you represent and warrant that these requirements are met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Service are the property of dpaperwork or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant dpaperwork a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dpaperwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
