- Chat conversations, Playbook runs, Document drafting, and background monitoring (Company Knowledge, Monitor signals) all draw from the same monthly usage allowance.
- What happens when a workspace hits its usage limit?
- These features pause until the next billing cycle or an upgrade — the rest of the platform (Records, Docs, Delivery, everything you’ve already built) keeps working normally.
- Can I change tiers later?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Can I change my billing currency?
- Billing currency is locked in once a Workspace is created. Start a new Workspace if you need to bill in the other currency.
- How does the money-back guarantee work?
- Request a refund any time within 30 days from Workspace Settings. It’s reviewed within 2 business days — not an automatic instant refund.
