Cadence
A weekly review that starts from the real numbers
Cadence gives the leadership team one weekly meeting, one list of what needs a decision and one scorecard of the numbers you watch. The agenda is built from your own records, so nobody spends Monday morning assembling it. You switch Cadence on per workspace in Settings.
Weekly Meeting
An agenda from live data, Decisions saved to Canon and to-dos turned into Tasks.
Issues
Raise what needs a decision, then solve it with a recorded outcome or drop it.
Scorecard
Weekly numbers with targets, 13 weeks of history and off-track weeks marked.
How it works
Pick your numbers
Choose 5 to 15 measurables, set a target for each, and let some fill in from your records.
Set the meeting
Choose the day, the time and the people who attend. Each week’s meeting appears on its own.
Decide and follow through
Work the agenda, solve Issues, record Decisions and hand out Tasks, then close for the recap.
- Set the meeting’s weekday, time and attendees once, and each week’s meeting is created for you. A workspace has one recurring Weekly Meeting, for the leadership team
- Opening the meeting builds the agenda from live data: the Scorecard, key results that are stale or at risk, slipping Deals and Projects, and open Issues
- Attendees add Decisions, to-dos and notes as they go. Decisions are saved to the Canon, and to-dos become Tasks with an owner and a due date
- One facilitator closes the meeting. That freezes the agenda and sends the attendees a short recap
- Anyone can raise an Issue, a problem, obstacle or idea, in one step from the search bar or from the record it is about. Open Issues show on Today and in the Inbox, with the full list in the Inbox archive
- Solve an Issue by recording what was decided and the Tasks it created, or drop it. A blocked Task can be raised as an Issue in one click
- Define 5 to 15 measurables on the Scorecard, each with an owner, a weekly target and whether higher or lower is better. See the last 13 weeks, with off-track weeks marked
- Auto measurables fill themselves in from your records: new Deals, proposals sent, Deals won and overdue Tasks. Other measurables are entered by their owner each week
- Each week’s value is saved as it was, so editing records later does not rewrite history. One click turns an off-track number into an Issue
- Scorecard numbers are visible only to roles you give that permission. A member without it sees the meeting agenda without the numbers, and every record shown is filtered to what that person may see
- You switch Cadence on per workspace in Settings
