Money
Send the invoice, see who still owes you, chase politely
Money issues GST invoices, sends them with your bank and UPI details, and records payments as they arrive. Receivables show what is owed and how late it is, and collection reminders are drafted for you to approve. You switch Money on per workspace in Settings.
GST invoices
Tax, rounding and numbering worked out, sent with your bank and UPI details.
Payments
Record each payment as it arrives and watch the invoice go from sent to paid.
Receivables
What is owed, by how late it is, with reminders you approve before they go.
How it works
Add your details
Enter your GST registration, bank account and UPI ID once.
Issue and send
Create an invoice, or bill a milestone from a signed proposal, and email it to the client.
Record and follow up
Note payments as they arrive, and approve a reminder when one goes overdue.
- Issue a GST invoice to a client in one step. Pick the client and place of supply, add the lines, and the tax split (CGST and SGST, or IGST), rounding and the invoice number are worked out for you
- Invoice numbers run per financial year and are never reused, even if you void an invoice
- Bill a milestone straight from a signed proposal or statement of work. The amount comes from the signed payment schedule, so you do not retype it
- Save your GST registration once. It is the same one the Ops compliance calendar uses, so there is one copy
- Your bank account and UPI ID are printed on every invoice, so clients know where to pay
- Send an invoice by email from your own connected Gmail. The client gets a PDF and a link that shows what is paid and what is still due
- Record each payment when it arrives, by bank transfer, UPI or another method, with the date and a reference such as a UTR. An invoice moves to partly paid, then paid, as the amounts add up. A wrong entry can be removed and restored
- Receivables show everything owed to you, grouped by how late it is: current, 1 to 30 days, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and over 90
- When an invoice goes overdue, dpaperwork drafts a reminder to the client. You approve it before it is sent, and you can turn automatic drafting off, set the days between reminders and cap how many follow-ups are drafted a day
- Invoices, sends, voids, recorded payments and reminders all wait for your approval when an agent proposes them. Chat can look up your invoices and receivables for people who have the permission
- Money is for the people you give the manage-money permission to. Everyone else does not see it
- You switch Money on per workspace in Settings
- Coming, with no date: payment links on invoices, and Zoho Books and Xero sync. Until then invoices go out with your bank and UPI details and payments are recorded by hand
