Home

Home is the first thing you see when you open the app — everything that needs you, at a glance. Where the other sections are organised by record type (pipeline, delivery, docs), Home is organised by attention: what's at risk, what's waiting, and where the money's going.

It's a different page for the Founder than for team members — each sees the version that matters for their job.

For the Founder

Stat tiles give you the four numbers that matter:

  • Team hours booked — total estimated hours on this week's tasks, warning if anyone is over their threshold
  • Tasks at risk — overdue or blocked work, anywhere in the business
  • Open check-ins — check-ins the Monitor has asked but nobody has answered yet
  • Clients over budget — deals that have burned past their budget

Below the tiles, three cards go deeper:

  • Team workload — each person's weekly hours with a progress bar, flagging anyone Over their threshold
  • At risk right now — a timeline of the overdue and blocked tasks, with client and assignee for each
  • Budget / burn — per-deal spend against budget, with Over and Watch badges
  • Pending check-ins — the open check-ins, so you can nudge the person who hasn't answered

For team members

Team members get the version that keeps their own plate clear:

  • Stat tiles — open tasks, tasks at risk, check-ins waiting, and key results due
  • My tasks — your assigned work, each with quick self-report pills (On track / Slipping / Blocked / Done) and a note field for the founder, so you can update status without opening the board
  • My check-ins — pending check-ins asked of you, so you can answer without digging through email
  • My key results — your Objectives' Key Results with progress, flagging any review that's overdue

Where the numbers come from

Home doesn't keep its own data — every tile and card is computed live from your Workspace:

  • Workload sums the estimated hours on tasks due this week (set on tasks in Delivery)
  • At risk uses the same overdue logic as the Delivery board and the Monitor
  • Budget comes from the budget and burn tracking on Deals
  • Check-ins come from the Monitor's check-in mechanism
  • Key results come from Objectives

So when you fix something in Delivery or the Pipeline, Home reflects it immediately.
