Objectives

Objectives is where you set and track the goals that matter for the business — then keep them honest with a recurring review rhythm.

Objectives and Key Results

The structure is a standard OKR setup:

  • An Objective — what you're trying to achieve ("Grow ARR to $1M"), with an owner, an optional target date, and an optional Domain
  • Key Results (KRs) under it — the measurable outcomes that define progress ("Add 25 new monthly subscribers", "Reach ₹18,00,000 in signed retainer value")

Each Key Result has:

  • An owner
  • A target value and unit — the number you're trying to reach (₹, %, users, deals)
  • A current value — updated at each check-in
  • A review cadence — weekly, biweekly, or monthly
  • Links — optionally link a deal or task so the KR is grounded in real records

Live progress

Each KR shows its progress as a percentage (current ÷ target), and each Objective rolls its KRs up into a score badge. KRs linked to real records stay honest — you can see at a glance whether the number you set is actually being driven by the work.

The review loop

Key Results don't sit and go stale. On each review cadence, the owner gets a Quick review — delivered by email link, no login needed:

  • Enter the current value
  • Rate confidence: On track / At risk / Off track
  • Optionally add a note

The link works on any device — the owner can answer from their phone in seconds. If a review is overdue, the KR shows a Review overdue badge and surfaces on Home.

Setting one up

Click New Objective, give it a title and owner, and add one or more Key Results — each with its owner, target, unit, and review cadence. Objectives and KRs also appear on a team member's Home, so owners see their own review queue without hunting for it.
